About us
Founded by Joe Shea after studying abroad in Florence Italy, Joelato is dedicated to bringing the classic flavors, and amazing texture of Italian gelato right here at home. Our gelato is made with high-quality, all-natural ingredients and restricted air content, delivering intense flavor and luscious texture that captures the warmth of Italian summers. We source milk locally from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo to create an indulgent experience reminiscent of Italy. No plane ticket required!
